Publication Trim Size: 8-1/4" x 10-13/16"
Binding: Saddle-stitched
Area for Live Matter: 7-7/16" x 10-1/4"
Bleed: Minimum of 1/8" bleed all edges
Printing: SWOP Offset, 133-line screen, CMYK

Digital Ad Requirements: Disks: We support Macintosh (preferred) and Windows CD-ROMs and DVDs. Files also may be transmitted to EEI Communications via FTP. Contact your advertising representative or ad traffic manager for details.

Desktop File Formats: PDF/X-1A with Marks and Bleeds selected showing all printer's marks. Be sure to include a minimum offset of 1/4" for registration marks and 1/8" bleed.

Supplied Proofs: A black-and-white composite proof at 100 percent size should be provided with all ads. If your ad contains four-color scanned images or builds of three or more colors, provide a high-end digital color proof (Iris, Approval, Polaproof, etc.). The publisher is not responsible for color shifts due to differences between the file and the proof.

File Submission: Please send ONLY the files to be used in your ad. Include a printout of the contents of your disk.

Disclaimer: The publisher will check advertiser’s digital ads. If additional work is necessary to ensure proper output of ads, additional production charges may apply and the advertiser will forfeit any commission. If delays due to missing font or image files are incurred, late charges may apply.
